How do I know what size collar would be right for my dog?

There is a simple way to know what size collar to order. If you have a cloth tape measure, wrap it around your dog’s neck where they wear their collar. Take that measurement and add two to four inches (two inches for a small dog, three to four for a medium dog and four for a large dog) and that is the size collar to order. Don’t have a cloth tape measure? Use a piece of string and do the same thing. Measure the string with a ruler or tape measure and again add the two to four inches depending on the size of the dog. Have a puppy? We recommend an adjustable collar, since they grow very quickly. When they reach full size you can order a collar with a fixed length (usually between 8-12 months) if you wish.
