Our Return Policy

We have four simple rules here about returning stuff.

1) If what you ordered is not what you received or if the item was broken or damaged, we are happy to take it back and send you what you need at no cost to you. Just contact us at max@coppermaxpets.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can to make the proper arrangements.

2) If you ordered something and you receive it and you just don’t like it you can return it for a full refund provided the package was not opened or the tags are not removed. Just send us an e-mail at max@coppermaxpets.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can to make the proper arrangements. The only thing you will be responsible for is the shipping costs back to us.

3) If you receive something and open the package or remove the tags and decide you wish to return it we are still willing to accept it back for return, however, we must charge a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return it to us. That is because we can no longer sell the item as new and will be listed in our restocked section at that discount. The item cannot be used or chewed by your dog. Please contact us at copper@coppermaxpets.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can to make the proper arrangements.

4) If you have any other issues with products please contact us at copper@coppermaxpets.com and we will be happy to work something out with you. Our goal is to make you happy and provide items for your dog at the most reasonable prices we can. We feel our policies are fair and will be more than happy to address any issues we can with you and want you to be a long time friend, not just another number as you are in most other places.
